Bosses[]
Boss name | Level | Location |
---|---|---|
Roisia Mimbre | 47 | 1st Mining Area |
Serma Suppressor | N/A | 2nd Mining Area |
Forester Bardo | 47 | Exhausted Sector |
Markel Hedin | 47 | Foreman's Room |
Avaricious Roisa | 47 | Dangerous Corridor |
Roisia Mimbre[]
At the start of the encounter you will only see Roisia, however during the fight she will summon her Sorcery Golem minion and skeletons. The Golem has no aggro table and will randomly pick a target to follow. Party members should try to avoid the Golem when it targets them, focus the skeletons when they spawn, all while damaging Roisia. When Roisia has been defeated, the Golem will disappear.
Serma Suppressor[]
The Serma Suppressor isn't a boss fight, rather an event/encounter. Once activated, multiple Auxilliary Resistence mobs will spawn on a consistent timer in a particular order. The order of their spawn, based on the map, is East, East, West, East, East, East, West, East, then the Boss will spawn on the West side with additional mobs on the East side. Players should position themselves near the mob spawns to reduce the amount of archer mobs that will try to separate themselves from the others. Once the boss spawns, the tank should aggro him and pull him away from the suppressor to allow players to focus down the additional adds before finally killing the boss.
Forester Bardo[]
Forester Bardo is a relatively simple encounter, focus down the boss and try to step out of any telegraphed attacks.
At various stages of the fight he will transform into a plant with an absorb shield, and drop a large poison AoE. While in plant form, Bardo will deal massive auto-attack damage. The tank should maintain aggro of the plant while kiting him out of the poison AoE so the DPS can break the plant's absorb shield to force him back into his human transformation. There will be a blue circle that appears when Bardo initially transforms. The DPS will need to stand on this to receive a damage buff to break the absorb shield quicker to prevent the tank from dying.
Markel Hedin[]
For the second-to-last, the boss should be pulled away from the four stones at the far end of the room. During the fight he will reduce damage to himself and start walking to one of the stones to pull the power into himself, giving him the respective buff of the stone. As soon as he starts moving to a stone, players should focus down the stone to allow damage on the boss again. This will repeat until the boss is dead. Once dead, he will drop a key that can be used to open the door to the final boss.
During the fight, the boss will shout "I curse all of you!" and will create multiple large circular AoEs, these should be avoided at all costs as they can easily wipe out a team.
Each stone has 20,000 more health than the last. Typically speaking, Paladins with Wrath of God should use it at the very start of the fight, then use it again on the third stone. The buffs of the first two aren't terrible to manage, but the third one makes the boss impossible to beat before his enrage timer.
Avaricious Roisa[]
The final boss of the dungeon, Avaricious Roisa, is a complicated fight. Learning the mechanics is pertinent to being able to defeat her.
Abilities[]
- Small AoE - She will randomly target a player and cast a small AoE where they stand.
- Suicidal Skeletons - She will spawn multiple skeletons that explode when they reach their target player.
- Room-Wide AoE - She will cast a room-wide AoE that roots players, then proceed to attack 5 times
- Clones - She will summon two clones on the East and West side of her.
- Orbs - She will summon three orbs in a triangle around her.
- Interruptable Room-Wide AoE - She will cast an AoE that can be interrupted (you can see the cast bar).
She will perform the first three abilities through the entirety of the fight. Players should try to avoid the small AoE and skeletons to prevent massive damage to themselves, and get inside the barrier as soon as possible when it shows as she will target each player and attack them with an orb that will kill them instantly. Her target for the orb is based on the order of aggro from greatest to least.
Once Avaricious Roisa reaches 50% health, she will perform her clone ability. Players will need to focus these clones down, typically one at a time. These clones will mimic her small AoE ability.
She will then add another Room-Wide AoE to her rotation. Someone in the party should interrupt this as soon as possible or else the players will take massive damage and be stunned for a few seconds.
Lastly, she will summon three orbs. Players must kill all three to prevent her from enraging. Once this is done, she will perform a separate Room-Wide AoE that will instantly kill anyone caught inside it. However, there are "safe spots" within it, and at the entrance to the room. Immediately after the players kill all the orbs, they should get to the entrance to the room to easily avoid it. Don't worry about resetting the boss as her aggro range extends past the entrance's door.
